To celebrate the past and present of Parnell Square, we’re asking

HOW DO YOU PICTURE PARNELL SQUARE?

Thanks to everyone who came along to our Picture Parnell Square sessions on the Library Bus, at Dublin City Gallery the Hugh Lane and in the Central Library. See our new gallery of Parnell Square photographs!

Thank you all for donating your photographs of Parnell Square and its buildings, the Garden of Remembrance, and marches and parades on the Square. It was wonderful to talk to you about your memories of Parnell Square. We heard stories of schooldays at Coláiste Mhuire, dancing the night away at the National Ballroom and snooker at the Barmen’s Union, among many others!

Thanks also to anyone who has promised us photographs in the future. We’d be delighted to accept photographs at any time, so please do get in touch if you’d like to share your pictures.
